Synopsis:

In September 2004, three doctors quitted their jobs from Pediatrics Department of Anhui Ningguo People's Hospital and went to work in a private hospital.

The remaining 7 doctors had to manage 41 in -patients as well as all the work in out-patient department.

Led by Department director, they fight a tiresome war against the intense competition, worsening professional environment and bureaucracy of the hospital administration.
